Independent Licensing Requirements: Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) As a leading community health center with over 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon, we provide a holistic approach to health care including medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, and various community services. Position Highlights: Competitive compensation at $49.28/hour Part-time role at 0.50 FTE (20 hours/week) Comprehensive employer-paid health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision Retirement benefits including profit sharing & 403(b) plan Generous PTO and 8 paid holidays Your Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments and formulate appropriate diagnoses for clients with complex needs. Perform intake sessions and complete Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments. Utilize the DSM V standards for mental health diagnoses. Create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide therapy and supportive counseling to clients while measuring progress and adjusting treatment as necessary. Document all encounters and treatment plans according to organizational requirements. Respond to crisis situations, assessing patient needs and coordinating appropriate care. Facilitate transitions for patients post-hospitalization and assist families in obtaining necessary resources. Engage in case reviews and collaborate with team members on patient care. Ensure compliance with clinical and administrative standards set by regulatory bodies. Perform additional duties as required. Who We Seek: A licensed therapist with direct experience treating children or adolescents. A collaborative team player who engages effectively across interdisciplinary teams. An expert in managing complex treatment plans with knowledge of evidence-based practices. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not a requirement. Qualifications: Education:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. Experience:

Minimum of two years’ post-graduate experience in treating mental health conditions, with preference for at least one year focused on children. Licenses/Certificates:

Required licensure as noted above, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire.
