Position Summary:
The Remote Call Center Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering calls, addressing inquiries, and providing scheduling and service information. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling.
Assist customers with appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services.
Work closely with field technicians and office staff to coordinate service schedules.
Meet performance goals for call handling, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or support role.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient with computers, call center software, and CRM systems.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in service-based industries.
Knowledge of scheduling systems and basic billing processes.
Bilingual skills.
