, where youll lead the planning and execution of our premier national gatherings and drive strategic initiatives that support our mission. What Youll Do:

As the primary staff lead for the Fraternitys largest events, you will: Plan and manage logistics for major events including: Grand Conclave Leadership Conference Champions Weekend Man of the Year Banquet SEC Meetings District Conclaves Oversee everything from venue selection and contracts to registration, travel, AV, and on-site operations. Collaborate with vendors, volunteers, and internal staff to ensure each event runs smoothly and professionally. Lead cross-departmental special projects that support Kappa Sigmas strategic priorities. Provide key support to executive leadership, producing reports, presentations, and communications. What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in event planning and cross-functional project management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with platforms such as
