This role involves working closely with the Education & Quality and Account Managers to synthesize feedback, improve operational workflows, and enhance host and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a keen analytical mind capable of managing multiple projects, designing efficient workflows, and extracting actionable insights from data to support decision-making and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Engage in complex curation and review tasks, documenting decisions accurately. Analyze and organize survey feedback to extract meaningful insights for operational improvement. Synthesize data to create actionable recommendations, focusing on enhancing experiences. Design and implement efficient workflows for ongoing operational needs and process optimization. Manage feedback loops with hosts to improve engagement and satisfaction.

Must Have Skills:

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional organizational skills and a solution-focused attitude.

Domain/Industry Experience Required:

Previous experience in operations within the Hospitality/Services industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
