. is seeking a creative, results-oriented Marketing Content Specialist to drive lead generation, develop engaging content, and build focused campaigns that support revenue growth. This position plays a key role in shaping how we communicate our value to potential advertisers and prospects, working at the intersection of marketing, events, promotions, and sales.

What Youll Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive engagement (email, social media, web). Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital platforms) using the Second Street and HubSpot platforms, including, voting, applications, announcements, contests, awards, ballots, and sponsored campaigns. Track, analyze, and optimize performance across digital channels (email, web, and social).
Sales Enablement & Content Development
Create high-impact sales collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, email templates, and presentations. Collaborate with the sales team to understand prospect needs and tailor content accordingly. Ensure all marketing materials reflect brand voice and positioning.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Build lead generation strategies across channels and brands; manage and nurture leads through CRM systems. Segment audiences and design automated nurture flows to drive conversion and handoff to sales. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Competitive Research & Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform campaign strategy and content direction. Provide actionable insights to the sales and promotions teams based on your findings.
What You Bring
Required:
3+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or campaign execution Minimum of 2 years experience in HubSpot. Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of content or campaigns Proficiency with digital tools (Canva, email platforms, analytics, social scheduling, etc.) Experience in lead generation or sales enablement campaigns Collaborative, deadline-driven, and results-focused
Preferred:
Experience with Second Street, or other CRM/marketing platforms Experience in a media, publishing, or advertising environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Compensation:
Salary $60,000-70,000 (based on experience)
