Overview

Boundary Racing Pumps is a Texas-based manufacturer of high-performance oil-pump and valvetrain components for motorsports. Founded in 2003, we are a close-knit team of fewer than ten employees who design, machine, and ship every part in-house. We are hiring an enthusiastic, on-camera creator to help us share our story with racers and convert engagement into sales. As our Social Media Specialist you will own Boundary’s digital presence and a portion of top-of-funnel sales activity. You will plan campaigns, capture and edit photo and video, appear confidently on camera, engage with followers, and convert qualified interest into quotes, carts, and purchase orders. You will work directly with the owner, engineering, and sales staff, so a self-starter mindset and comfort in a small-business environment are essential. Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and publish content to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn Answer product questions, moderate comments, and route technical inquiries to the appropriate person Capture and present photo and video at dyno sessions, local track events, and shop builds; occasional weekend travel Track channel analytics, prepare monthly reports, and refine strategy to improve reach, engagement, and conversions Coordinate product launches and paid ads with company leadership Convert inbound DMs, comments, emails, and event leads into quotes, carts, and POs using company tools Maintain accurate lead and attribution notes in our CRM or order system Use UTM links and creator discount codes to tie content to revenue Hit a baseline monthly goal of $10,000 in qualified POs generated from social-sourced leads Required Skills and Attributes

Genuine passion for motorsports and ability to turn technical topics into engaging stories Confident on-camera presence for recorded or live product demos and event coverage Portfolio or samples that show audience growth and engagement; class projects or personal channels are welcome Familiarity with major social platforms, short-form video tools, and basic photo or video production Clear, concise writing and strong interpersonal communication Able to work on-site in Royse City, TX, travel to one trade show per year, and a few weekends for track events Preferred but Not Required

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, InShot, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools Basic analytics skills using Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or Google Analytics Internship or academic background in marketing, communications, or a related field Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary depending on skills and portfolio Commission:

5% on qualified POs you generate. Paid monthly on collected revenue. No cap.
