Account Payable Specialist

Job Description Scott Robinson Honda is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist that has working experience in the auto industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responding to vendors invoices and reconcile accounts payable transactions. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies. Set up vendor profiles and W9s. Assist with month-end closing, process checks, providing additional administrative support as needed. Maintains an orderly accounting system. Tekion (DMS) experience is a plus. QUALIFICATIONS: Tekion DMS experience is a plus along with strong computer and internet skills. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Able to deal with confidential information appropriately. This position requires someone who is highly organized, professional and dependable with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
