Epic Senior Analyst - Optime/Anesthesia

University of Miami . The University of Miami Health System, "UHealth", Information Technology Department has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Epic Senior Analyst - Optime/Anesthesia. Core Responsibilities: Serve as a primary support contact for application end‐users. Initiate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application. Support junior staff members in daily operations and resolving application issues. Collaborate with trainers on application changes and develop documentation and training strategies. Work with stakeholders and end users to ensure the application meets business and clinical needs. Participate in committees, adhere to internal controls, and participate in on-call rotations. Department Specific Functions: Travel during go-lives, conferences, and leadership meetings. Provide oversight and leadership to team members. Support the implementation, build, and modification of the application. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. Epic Anesthesia and OpTime Certifications required. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare. At least 3 years of Epic build experience. Strong operational, project management, and organizational skills. Familiarity with hospital policies related to anesthesia and perioperative workflows. Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
