Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Job Summary
The Superintendent will oversee the operations and field personnel responsible for the installation, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials/equipment for the assigned job. The Superintendent will report to the Project Manager. Why Join Us

Strong commercial and industrial electrical background Strong troubleshooting skills with test equipment (DMM, Megger, PQM, UCT, IR Camera, etc.) Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) Ability to operate and maintain electrical service vehicles safely Professional appearance and conduct Computer and keyboard proficiency OSHA 30 Hour, CPR, and First Aid certification Organizational skills for managing documentation High productivity and accuracy in meeting deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills Availability for 24-hour call on a rotating basis Responsibilities
Lead and direct field personnel, including orientation, reporting, and safety management Potentially serve as Site Safety Representative Conduct construction take-offs and plan projects efficiently and profitably Ensure timely ordering and receipt of materials Collaborate with fabrication to optimize installation costs Maintain personal tools as directed Follow all company and safety guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned Position Requirements
Valid state driver's license; Master Electrician license preferred High School diploma or GED; Journeyman Electrician certification required Minimum 6 years of electrical experience in industrial or commercial construction; supervisory experience preferred Application Instructions
