We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring it effectively supports the HR and business needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze HRIS data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights to HR and business stakeholders - Implement and configure HRIS software and modules to enhance functionality and user experience - Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and test new HRIS features and integrations - Provide training and support to HRIS users, addressing questions and resolving technical issues - Continuously evaluate the HRIS landscape and recommend improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role - Proficient in using and administering HRIS software (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with HR processes and best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field - Certification in HRIS administration or project management
