Nurse Manager - Special Needs & Long-Term Care Unit | Up to $105K

Position Overview

As Nurse Manager, you'll oversee daily operations of our specialized units, leading a multi-disciplinary team while ensuring exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance. This role offers competitive compensation between $90,000-$105,000, comprehensive benefits, and work-life balance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse clinical team including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance
• Manage unit operations, staffing, and resource allocation
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
• Drive excellence in patient/resident experience and outcomes
• Oversee staff development and performance management
• Ensure compliance with DOH requirements and healthcare standards

Required Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse License
• Minimum 2 years recent management experience in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with quality measures and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems
