Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Woodbridge, NJ (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional service and support. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary range of $60,000–$80,000 annually. In accordance with New Jersey’s wage transparency requirements, the selected candidate will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which may include:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor daily operations to ensure service standards are met
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Train and onboard new team members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Woodbridge, NJ
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
