Schedule: Full-time, Fully On-Site

Position Summary

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in its Healthcare Litigation practice group. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong litigation experience and a commitment to excellence in legal administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format legal filings, including Table of Contents (TOC) and Table of Authorities (TOA)

  • Open new matters and manage case files

  • Coordinate attorney travel and maintain calendars

  • Process expense reimbursements and vendor invoices (experience with Chrome River preferred)

  • Maintain document management systems (iManage experience preferred)

  • Support attorneys with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience; healthcare litigation preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong proofreading and typing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in a large law firm environment preferred

Pay Details: $80,000.00 per year
