Position Summary
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in its Healthcare Litigation practice group. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong litigation experience and a commitment to excellence in legal administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and format legal filings, including Table of Contents (TOC) and Table of Authorities (TOA)
Open new matters and manage case files
Coordinate attorney travel and maintain calendars
Process expense reimbursements and vendor invoices (experience with Chrome River preferred)
Maintain document management systems (iManage experience preferred)
Support attorneys with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of litigation experience; healthcare litigation preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong proofreading and typing skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a large law firm environment preferred

Pay Details: $80,000.00 per year
