Overview:
Our client, a reputable organization, is looking to add a Customer Service Coordinator to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process orders, verify shipments, confirm pricing, and communicate with customers throughout the delivery process
Manage and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Provide exceptional service to both domestic and international customers
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional customer service experience, ideally in distribution or logistics
Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality customer support
Comfortable handling customer issues and finding solutions
Proficient computer skills; experience with ERP systems is a big plus

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
