We’re partnering with a leading manufacturer to fill a Sales Support Specialist role that offers a direct path to long-term employment. Responsibilities:
Monitor customer schedules, inventory levels, and account activity
Support sales team with reporting, invoicing, and payment tracking
Coordinate travel and meeting logistics for management
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular updates on sales performance
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order changes or cancellations
Qualifications:
At least 2 years in a administrative/support role
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong mathematical skills
Experience in logistics or sales support preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Bilingual in Spanish is ideal
Pay Details: $41,000.00 to $49,000.00 per year
