We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pico Rivera, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication with customers, managing orders, and supporting backend processes with efficiency and precision. Responsibilities:
• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming orders, ensuring they are logged, jackets pulled, and distributed appropriately.
• Confirm receipt of all incoming orders with customers, adhering to a minimum 30-minute response time.
• File job jackets systematically in designated cabinets for easy retrieval.
• Create production tickets, load tags, and additional copies for production processes, with an expectation of completing five tasks per hour.
• Generate sales orders and delivery tickets by adjusting or creating parts, entering data into the system, and printing required documentation.
• Maintain logs for all completed backend tasks and sales orders to ensure accurate records.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage email correspondence to support customer needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting tasks.• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• At least one year of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute and high accuracy.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Sage Business Works is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
