We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our nonprofit organization in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in assisting families by determining eligibility for various programs, providing advocacy services, and fostering a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues. Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and determine eligibility for Brightpoint programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
• Enroll families into assistance programs while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Serve as a representative of Brightpoint at county events and inter-agency meetings, promoting the organization’s values and services.
• Coordinate with other departments to maximize benefits and support for families.
• Provide referrals and advocacy services to clients, connecting them with relevant human service organizations and resources.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, improvement processes, and opportunities for growth and development.
• Adhere to organizational policies, fiscal procedures, and workplace standards.
• Meet annual appointment and program completion targets as set by management.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain organized records to support program operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership staff.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort with public interaction.
