• Set clear expectations for clients regarding next steps during calls.
• Efficiently type and manage data entry tasks while actively engaging with clients.
• Manage daily mail and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
• Occasionally assist walk-in clients with professionalism and attention.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in call center customer service or a similar role.
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to type accurately while conversing with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
