• Generate and analyze reports to support operational needs.
• Handle inbound calls to assist vendors and customers with inquiries.
• Distribute mail and manage scanning and indexing tasks for documentation.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for order entry and administrative tasks.
