Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for brand partners, assisting with product inquiries, rewards programs, orders, promotions, and events.

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.

  • Process orders, returns, recalls, and payments with accuracy and compliance.

  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or call center environments.

  • Experience supporting independent sales teams or direct selling structures.

  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

  • Compensation: $40,000-43,000 annually

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

  • Location: Plano, TX 75024
