Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for brand partners, assisting with product inquiries, rewards programs, orders, promotions, and events.
Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.
Process orders, returns, recalls, and payments with accuracy and compliance.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
Experience:
1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or call center environments.
Experience supporting independent sales teams or direct selling structures.
High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Compensation: $40,000-43,000 annually
