Responsibilities:

  • Provide support via phone, chat, and email during business hours.

  • Manage workflows to meet service level targets.

  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

  • Process orders, refunds, and delays using internal systems.

  • Track recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

  • Generate Zendesk reports and monitor KPIs.

  • Train and coach team members.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and respond to product inquiries on external platforms.

  • Represent the voice of the customer and drive service enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of customer service experience; college degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of Zendesk experience, including triggers and macros.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems.

  • Experience in call center environments and handling escalations.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

  • Compensation: $64,000-72,000 annually

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
