Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area and conference rooms in a clean and organized state.
Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company.
Support other departments with clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: $17-18/hr.
Employment Type: One month contract
Location: Irving, TX 75062
