Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Representative located in Crandall, TX. Some work from home is acceptable. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, address customer inquiries and issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide customer support. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, documenting interactions, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information about our services.

• Service Titan experience is a plus
