Due to a promotion, we are looking for a team-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team! Our company is committed to both our clients and employees. This culture allows us to provide the best service and value to our customers and staff alike.
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing daily customer support via calls regarding purchase orders, price quotations, and email inquiries. The candidate must have strong data entry, order processing, and communication skills.
Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Serve as the frontline support for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Address concerns promptly and professionally, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Manage order entry, tracking, and fulfillment with attention to detail. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or technical issues efficiently. Troubleshoot product-related problems and escalate as needed.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences. Proactively seek opportunities to add value and improve the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products, processes, and industry trends to better assist and recommend solutions to customers.
Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Mechanical/technical aptitude, even from hobbies, is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
