Overview
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply St. Louis, MO Distribution Center in Maryland Heights, MO. Responsibilities
- Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
- Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
- Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.
- Additional Opportunities and Professional Development: Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe.
- Heavy Lifts: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case; occasional movement of up to 2,000 pounds with mechanical assistance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Language: Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to follow verbal instructions, complete documentation, and interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required; prior experience in food distribution is a plus.

Pay
Starting at $21.25+ per hour
