Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls professionally, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Provide administrative support to various office functions, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, handling receptionist duties with a welcoming attitude.
• Organize and maintain office files and documentation for easy accessibility.
• Assist in coordinating meetings and preparing necessary materials.
• Ensure the office operates efficiently by addressing day-to-day administrative needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support collaborative efforts.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

Experience with customer service or office support

Strong ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and clarity.

Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)

Familiarity with construction, roofing, or insurance claim industries is a plus

Familiarity with general office operations and receptionist duties.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Competency in using office software and tools for administrative tasks.
