We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Long Island City, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records.
• Draft and manage email correspondence with professionalism and clarity.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to complete various administrative tasks.
• Support logistics and distribution activities by coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are updated.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and appointment management.
• Knowledge of logistics and distribution processes is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
