Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and records—both electronic and physical.
Assist with purchasing supplies, tracking inventory, and coordinating vendor services.
Support staff with expense reports, timesheets, and other administrative processes.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
Provide general office support and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative support experience in an office setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple managers or departments.
Familiarity with office equipment, scheduling tools, and expense management software.
Customer service background with proven ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Pay Details: $38,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
