Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $40,000 per year.

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the OhioRISE team, assisting the Program Manager with daily operations, reporting, and coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-orientated professional who enjoys working with data, communicating with partners, and ensuring smooth program operations.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will perform duties including, but not limited to:

  • Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the program manger and OhioRISE team.
  • Assist with communication and coordination between the team and insurance companies, providers, and community partners.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using Excel and other software tools.
  • Support OhioRISE day-to-day operations, including data entry, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Maintain clear and concise records in all areas.
  • Ensure compliance with program procedures, standards, and timelines.
  • Complete payment requests as needed
  • Provide coverage to other location as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support program success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience and proficiency in the use of various office machines, including computers.
  • Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
