This Administrative Assistant role is paying $ 29.87/hr.

The hours for this Administrative Assistant role are M-F 8-5 CST.

This Administrative Assistant role is hybrid.

Under the direction of the Houston Site Leader, this person will assist with the following activities: Plan and execute employee events such as lunch and learns, holiday events, bring your family to work day and numerous employee resource group activities. Coordinate local community outreach programs. Includes interacting with non-profits, assembling a team of volunteers, and ensuring the events and programs are successful. Assist with other areas of support for the local office related to employee satisfaction and operations. Manage distribution list and newsletter for Houston employees. Manage engineering office budget. Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group. Manages schedule(s); coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, and facility operations; completes special projects.

1-2 years of experience, MS Office, High School diploma.

Pay Details: $29.87 per hour
