Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the agency’s daily operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and maintaining organized records to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to visitors.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate company meetings.
- Open and sort mail.
- Photocopy documents as needed.
- Assist with transportation calls and track complaints according to established protocols.
- Take meeting notes and maintain attendance records.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team and operations.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and organizational skills.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
