Compensation: Up to $53,000 annually (with potential for conversion based on performance and business need)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide high-level administrative support, manage communications, prepare reports, and keep office operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle office tasks including ordering supplies, managing records, and basic bookkeeping.
- Prepare invoices, reports, letters, and other documents.
- File and retrieve records, documents, and reports.
- Sort and distribute correspondence (emails, faxes, etc.).
- Draft responses to routine inquiries and communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of administrative experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High school diploma or GED required.
