LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 2-3 week contract position that could extend in Columbus, OH. This role is with a reputable software development company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including handling customer and government agency correspondence, document management, and other departmental support functions as needed.
- Maintain and organize all departmental records (such as evidence, correspondence, and receipts) following records management protocols and naming conventions.
- Prepare and send mail via USPS and FedEx, and drop off documents directly at the Secretary of State office as required.
- Receive and process incoming mail and Federal Express shipments, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
- Serve as the main contact for Service of Process (SOP) documents, including accepting service, preparing documents for clients, drafting rejection letters, and emailing copies of documents to clients as needed.
- Scan documents and upload them to the company database.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or relevant industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet objectives.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Employment Type: 2-3 week contract position with potential extension.
