LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 2-3 week contract position that could extend in Columbus, OH. This role is with a reputable software development company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support, including handling customer and government agency correspondence, document management, and other departmental support functions as needed.
  2. Maintain and organize all departmental records (such as evidence, correspondence, and receipts) following records management protocols and naming conventions.
  3. Prepare and send mail via USPS and FedEx, and drop off documents directly at the Secretary of State office as required.
  4. Receive and process incoming mail and Federal Express shipments, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
  5. Serve as the main contact for Service of Process (SOP) documents, including accepting service, preparing documents for clients, drafting rejection letters, and emailing copies of documents to clients as needed.
  6. Scan documents and upload them to the company database.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma, GED, or relevant industry experience.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet objectives.
  4. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
  5. Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Employment Type: 2-3 week contract position with potential extension.
