What you'll do:
- Perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties, including answering phones, creating and addressing correspondence such as emails, memos, letters, notifications, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and forms.
- Review financial documentation (e.g., purchase orders, invoices) for accuracy, perform internal checks, and provide documentation for audits.
- Follow up on various assignments, projects, and related matters to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare documents and agendas for meetings, and distribute minutes.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client, partner, personnel, and research matters.
What you'll need:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings.
