Location: Orlando, FL 32801
Duration: 3 Weeks Contract with Possible Extension
Rate: $18.00/Hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Description:
Provide administrative support to the Employee Relations department. Perform functions such as handling files, correspondences, and various confidential Human Resources documents.
Primary Functions:
- Perform general clerical functions (e.g., file deconstruction, setting up files for proper disposal to record management).
- Review and lookup files on computer to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Verify information to ensure accuracy in document retention.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Technical Requirements:
- Computer skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
Experience Required:
Attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Consistent performance on deliverables, providing timely and usable information, maintaining checklists and schedules, and ensuring work is accurate on the first attempt.
Education Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Additional Information:
This role involves frequent speaking, hearing, standing, sitting, and repetitive motions. Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 lbs, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders (step ladder). The candidate should demonstrate interpersonal savvy, relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups. The position involves temporary support for file organization and verifying information to ensure document accuracy.
