Abacus is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Management Analyst II in the Dover, DE area:

Job Knowledge

  • Communicate technical information in an accurate, clear, and concise manner.
  • All routine and special duties, assignments, and tasks will be completed in an effective, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Communication will be accurate, clear, and timely.
  • Provide input on legislative initiatives and issues to the Administrator and Management as requested.
  • Execute this performance plan.
  • Address expectations of technical expertise as it relates to the program.
  • Address the application of technical expertise as it relates to the program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process RRP/LBP Firm and Individual applications for State Lead Certifications in CRM SalesForce.
  • Answering any inquiries via phone/email regarding requirements and/or RRP/LBP training locations.
  • Manage CR forms and checks for application payments.
  • Scan pertinent documents for retention via DocuWare.
  • Manage and process online payments via Velocity Payment System.
  • Mail certified letters to property owners and/or contractors.
  • Proctor State Exams (Risk Assessors, Lead Inspectors, Lead Abatement Supervisors).
  • Manage EPA Quarterly Reports.
  • Process and managing RRP/LBP Notifications.
  • Invoice management through the State's Financial System (FSF).
  • Assists Administrator in Preparing Monthly and Quarterly reports on the Program as needed.
  • Identifies program barriers and make recommendations towards overcoming barriers.
  • Other duties as assigned related to organizational mission and programs.
  • Collaborates with other HSP programs regarding financial operations as needed.
