Responsibilities



  • Assist with redlining.

  • Scan and upload training documents into online database.

  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets.

  • Perform general clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phone, filing, scanning, data entry, making copies, etc).

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Preferred candidate will have 1-3 years experience providing administrative support.

  • Be detailed oriented with a focus on accuracy.

  • Be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The position requires effective planning, organizing, and motivational skills.

  • Must have Computer Applications Experience: Google Drive, Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must hold a valid driver's license.

  • Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
