Responsibilities
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Communicate politely and professionally via phone, e-mail, and mail with customers and other employees.
- Be a team player and work closely with other departments as needed.
- Perform any additional related duties that may be assigned.
Experience/Skills Required
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have basic mathematical skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills, know how to prioritize, and have a strong attention to detail.
- Must know how to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
- Must maintain a strong sense of urgency.
- Must possess effective problem-solving skills.
Job Type
Full-time, on-site (no remote work or travel).
Schedule
- 8 hour shift.
- Monday through Friday.
- 8AM to 5PM.
