Key Responsibilities – Administrative Assistant Receptionist

  • Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer, route, and document phone calls; manage general inquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception and lobby area.
  • Provide administrative support to HR, Accounting, and Logistics teams.
  • Handle document management: scanning, filing, archiving, and retrieval.
  • Prepare and update reports, forms, and spreadsheets.
  • Distribute internal communications and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Support travel and logistics arrangements as needed.
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Monitor office equipment and request maintenance when required.
  • Ensure smooth office operations to minimize interruptions for staff.

Requirements – Administrative Assistant Receptionist

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications – Administrative Reception Support
