Overview
Our client, a leading investment management firm in Greenwich, CT, is seeking an Administrative Support Associate to join their back-office team! This role is integral to supporting Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Reporting functions, ensuring accurate data management and smooth day-to-day operations. The position is hybrid, requiring a detail-oriented, hands-on individual who is highly proficient with Excel and data entry. Experience with Concur is a major plus.
Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Reviewing data for accuracy prior to processing, including invoices, journal entries, and financial records.
- Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks for the back-office team.
- Maintaining Excel records and ensuring proper coding of invoices and transactions.
- Working closely with Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Reporting teams to support daily operations.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects, reporting requests, and office support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 2–8 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably with exposure to accounting or finance teams.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Concur is highly desirable.
- Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
