About Us
Our client is a fast-paced, dynamic real estate firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly. We're a small team with a big impact, and we're looking for someone who can grow with us -- this role could expand to full-time with hybrid flexibility over time.
What You'll Do
- Xero reconciliation and monthly financial clean-up.
- Invoicing, tracking payments, and managing incoming/outgoing funds.
- Maintaining our commission tracker.
- Paying invoices and bills on time.
- Managing office supplies and keeping things stocked.
- Handling Docusign documents workflow.
- Processing payments to EA's (Yen)
- Fielding miscellaneous questions from agents.
- General administrative support and ad hoc tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
- Comfortable handling financial tasks like invoicing and bill pay.
- A self-starter who can troubleshoot, prioritize, and adapt.
- Discretion and attention to detail.
- Experience in real estate or small business ops is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Docusign preferred.
Schedule & Growth Potential
- ~ 20 hours/week to start (in-person)
- Potential to grow into full-time (40 hrs/week) with some remote flexibility.
