About Us

Our client is a fast-paced, dynamic real estate firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly. We're a small team with a big impact, and we're looking for someone who can grow with us -- this role could expand to full-time with hybrid flexibility over time.

What You'll Do

  • Xero reconciliation and monthly financial clean-up.
  • Invoicing, tracking payments, and managing incoming/outgoing funds.
  • Maintaining our commission tracker.
  • Paying invoices and bills on time.
  • Managing office supplies and keeping things stocked.
  • Handling Docusign documents workflow.
  • Processing payments to EA's (Yen)
  • Fielding miscellaneous questions from agents.
  • General administrative support and ad hoc tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Comfortable handling financial tasks like invoicing and bill pay.
  • A self-starter who can troubleshoot, prioritize, and adapt.
  • Discretion and attention to detail.
  • Experience in real estate or small business ops is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Docusign preferred.

Schedule & Growth Potential

  • ~ 20 hours/week to start (in-person)
  • Potential to grow into full-time (40 hrs/week) with some remote flexibility.
