Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will manage communications, scheduling, and presentations while coordinating events and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and takes full ownership of assignments. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and able to support leadership with professionalism and efficiency.

- Possesses strong writing and communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the Director's email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, and presentations, handling all scheduling and logistics.
- Draft, review, and present PowerPoint and written materials for leadership and team meetings.
- Maintain the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and manage communications with stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between the Director, internal teams, and external partners.
- Prepare, organize, and manage reports, documentation, and office records.
- Provide general administrative support, including file management and data entry.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in an administrative or executive support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
