Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to assist with a large document scanning project for multiple government entities. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and be a quick learner with the ability to multitask.
- Prepare physical boxes for scanning
- Perform per-page quality checks on scanned images
- Index each page for searchability within OpenText
- Publish indexed pages into the OpenText system
Qualifications:
- Must be computer savvy with MS Office
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Clear, professional communication and a positive, helpful attitude
- Self-starter who can take initiative and ownership of their space
- Ability to scan large volumes of documents and index accordingly

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
