LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant for a confidential client. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support a busy legal team with a mix of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal administrative support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working across various practice areas, supporting attorneys and paralegals with document preparation, scheduling, and client communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates and deadlines

  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files

  • Handle client communications and follow-ups with professionalism and discretion

  • Assist with billing, time entry, and expense reporting

  • Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal administrative support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting litigation, corporate, or family law practices

  • Familiarity with e-filing systems and court procedures

  • Experience with billing software or legal practice management platforms

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
