Seeking an Sr. Administrative Assistant for our client in Ventura. This is an onsite permanent position. See details below and apply for this amazing opportunity.
Location: Ventura
Pay: $65k
Duties:
Acts as a key liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, internal departments, external stakeholders, and the public—facilitating timely and effective communication and follow-up on behalf of the executive office.
Manages the CEO’s day-to-day activities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of agendas and materials.
Designs, implements, and maintains administrative systems, procedures, and policies to support organizational efficiency; tracks and ensures progress on executive-level projects.
Provides high-level, confidential support to the CEO and Board of Directors, demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in all interactions.
Composes, reviews, and edits a variety of written materials—such as reports, correspondence, legal documents, and financial summaries—with a strong focus on accuracy, tone, and clarity.
Maintains the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information; performs redaction and secure handling of private or protected content as necessary
