Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our team! In this role, you will respond to calls from stranded motorists, providing emergency roadside assistance, accident recovery, and recovering abandoned vehicles. You will maintain accurate documentation, handle basic invoicing, and accept payments in the field. The ideal candidate has roadside assistance or basic vehicle repair experience, has driven a tow truck before, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated area.
• Assist clients professionally by performing minor repairs or recovering vehicles to a designated location.
• Maintain the tow truck and equipment for a safe working environment.
• Keep detailed records of all calls responded to.
• Present invoices and accept payments from clients in the field.

Qualifications:

• Valid license to operate a tow truck in the respective state.
• Clean driving record with safe driving skills.
• Experience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing tires.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
