Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash transactions according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store overall.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
