Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles, while keeping a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Be cross-trained to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and manage change according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and procedures; accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store as a whole.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in shrink reduction programs and safety awareness; maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience is preferred.
