Location: USA Marshalls Store 0644 Smyrna, GA. Starting pay range: $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy, follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain general store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Retail customer experience is preferred.
