Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care, including operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and operate required equipment.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards; participate in store recovery as needed.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures, including Associate meal and break policies.
• Support Front End coverage needs and respond to safety concerns to maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Retail customer experience preferred.
